1951

The predecessor of Guanghua Group,Beijing Guanghua Dyeing Factory was the first state-owned textile enterprise after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Founded in October, 1951, the factory was relocated in Beijing in 1953, and Beijing Guanghua Road was named after the factory.

2002

The year 2002 witnessed the founding of Guanghua Group combining eight enterprises, with the Guanghua Dyeing Factory as the core. Now the group has 14 subsidiaries as well as 7 feature parks such as culture, environmental protection and emergency operation.

2009

In May 2009, according to the Beijing textile holdings co., LTD. General plans for the reform of state-owned enterprises reform and the modern enterprise system request, Beijing Guanghua dyeing factory restructuring renamed Guanghua Group. At present, the company has 14 subsidiaries, includes cultural and creative, green environmental protection, urban emergency shelter and other seven theme park.
